It is a 1.6 gig zip archive so it's going to take a bit to download. Unzip and inside will be the iPod file in m4v format; a PDF of the artwork; and a text file explaining this project.
You may find it easier to download as a split RAR:

Part 2 = 716,800 KB
Part 3 = 123,848 KB
Create a folder on your hard drive and download all three pieces into the same folder. Then extract ONE of the pieces into that SAME folder. You will see that the entire file is now there, all 1,559,576 KB, all 2 hours 14 minutes 45 seconds. You do NOT have to extract all three pieces individually: just extract ONE and the computer gods will know that all those three RAR archives are supposed to be put back together. It's magic.
Need a RAR extractor? I like WinRar. They have a trial version. I also like 7-Zip, which is free and open source.
